I comply with the eight principles put in place by the Data Protection Act 1998 to make sure that your information is handled properly. The principles say that data must be:

• adequate, relevant and not excessive;
• accurate;
• not kept for longer than is necessary;
• processed in line with your rights;
• secure; and,
• not transferred to countries without adequate protection.

The information collected will only be retained for the purpose of keeping accounts and records relating to the business or to contact you with details of our current or future events. I will not reveal your personal or contact details to any third party in any circumstances other than with your specific consent or where not to do so would involve breaking the law, nor shall I retain information relating to you longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is obtained.
